Our Field Service Teams carry out more than 22,000 requests for intervention per month and are available 24 hours a day on a preventive basis. Field Service operations are managed by the 7 Operational Coordination Centers (CCO’s), strategically located to cover the entire continental territory and islands. In addition to the Field Service, each CCO has work planning and coordination teams, sub-contractor management, and logistics and warehouse management. The CCO North also has the back-office team that supports the remaining CCO’s.

In order to provide added value to our Customers, we have adapted our processes, human and material resources to constant changes and new requirements. The need to maintain competitiveness and agility has led us to choose to develop our own application, which supports all aspects of Field Service activity in an integrated and adaptable way.
