CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE – We restore the equipment or software to the proper operating conditions, whenever failures occur, respecting the downtime agreed with the Customer for correcting the malfunction.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE – The goal is to predict the occurrence of situations that jeopardize the operation of the installed solution, allowing for the planning and prompt implementation of corrective actions by our support teams.
SERVICE DESK – We provide the Service Desk with the purpose of restoring the normal operation of the services of our Customers as quickly as possible, while minimizing the impact on their business. This service is provided by the Wondercom technical teams, and failures can be reported by phone, email or portal. This service is available 24x7x365;
FIELD SUPPORT ON-SITE – Field service teams go to the customer facilities to repair or replace the defective equipment and thus restore the proper operation of the service;
SLA-BASED SERVICE RESTORATION – In order to ensure the quality of service to customers, service levels (SLA’s) are agreed upon with them. Wondercom offers a range of options for corrective technical assistance;
SPARE MANAGEMENT – We offer a service that comprises quantity control and restocking of all components necessary for interventions, warranty control of all materials, tests and packaging of the Customer’s uninstalled equipment.
